A Slender Thread, by Tracie Peterson

Read and reviewed in September, 2003. Sent to another Bookcrosser as part of a bookring.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was interesting to see how the mother's problems were manifested in each of her five daughters in some way, but they each managed to return to the family circle and to God. It was an inspiring story of abandonment, betrayal, rebellion, worldly temptations, love, forgiveness, reconciliation, and strength.
