This was actually two books in one! The Duchess of Bloomsbury Street, the sequel, was in the same volume. Totally unexpected - there was no indication of that on the cover!
I thoroughly enjoyed them both, and am looking forward to reading more by her. She is a delightful writer; she writes just as she might talk if you were sitting with her. Breezy and casual, but not hard to read, just fun.
