At Home in Mitford, by Jan Karon
The first of the Mitford series, introducing the beloved Father Tim, Episcopal priest of Mitford, NC - an idyllic "Mayberry" of a town, filled with interesting and quirky characters who lead fascinating lives. These books are "G" rated!
I have read most if not all of Jan Karon's "Mitford" books. I thoroughly enjoy them; the lives and personalities of the people in Mitford and elsewhere are interesting and engaging, and often humorous. I won't review them individually here.
I don't keep them; I give them away to people I know or "release in the wild" via Bookcrossing.
