Can't Wait to Get to Heaven: A Novel, by Fannie Flagg
Read, reviewed, and sent to another Bookcrosser in October, 2007
A very enjoyable book, full of goodness, kindness, and gentle humor. A new take on a "near-death, out-of-body" experience, a beloved senior citizen is thought to be dead. The news affects her family and community in unexpected ways, as they reflect on how her life has touched them. The mystery of the pistol in the laundry basket is explained in a totally unexpected way!
This book was enjoyed by several Bookcrossers. Their reviews are here .
