This was fun, light reading. It took place mostly in a small midwestern town in the USA. The girl loves airplanes and loves to fly, but her parents want her to be a "normal" feminine girl who grows up to marry a local boy and have lots of children. She has many adventures along the way to finally achieving her dreams.
